Catherine Simpson
Mortgage Broker
Catherine brings a background in insurance and stockbroking credit control across Ireland and Canada, and more than a decade running her own businesses in Townsville. She holds a Certificate IV and Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, and loves helping families and business owners make sense of their options.
Meagan Morris
Mortgage Broker
Meagan is an experienced mortgage broker known for being responsive, patient and always in her clients’ corner. She takes the time to explain every step, and has helped many North Queenslanders, including first home buyers and families with more complex situations, into their homes.
With more than 20 years’ experience across banking and finance, Meagan has built a broad depth of industry knowledge spanning residential and investment lending, credit assessment, and commercial and business finance.
Her industry exposure provides a strong foundation for navigating both straightforward and complex lending scenarios, with a focus on considered advice, clear communication and well-structured finance solutions.
